Austin Barr IV


Austin Barr is currently enrolled at Arkansas State University pursuing a bachelors degree in Exercise Science.  He has five years of experience with health & fitness.  Austin specializes in general fitness, weight loss, sport specific training, and competitive training (Body Building, Fitness, Powerlifting, and Endurance.)  He has competed in Arkansas State bodybuilding competitions. Austin has placed 4th in Battle on the Bluff bodybuiling competition, Son of Light powerlifting state record holder in bench press, dead lift, and squat.  He even holds a state record in the bench press.  Look to this trainer to achieve compeition goals or general fitness.

Barry Callahan

Barry graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science.  He has fourteen years of experience as a personal trainer.  He specializes in general fitness through circuit training.  Barry has a list of personal accomplisments including participating and completing two marathons, two body building contest, nine ½ marathons, and Captain 3.0 (over 40) State Champions.  Barry has the experience and knowledge to help you start looking better, feeling better, and attaining your personal goals.

Blake McNabb

Blake McNabb graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors Degree in History.  He has been involved with health and fitness for over ten years now, and has achieved his personal goal of bench pressing 500lbs.  Blake specializes in general fitness, increasing lean muscle mass, and maximizing strength gains. Blake has the skills and experience to help you look and feel your best.

Brittany Nutt

Brittany has eight years of physical experience.  She specializes in general fitness, weight loss, interval training, weight training, running, and high intensity training.  In Brittany’s past, she suffered from a horrible knee injury. Since then she has recovered allowing her to return to running and continue her passion in physical fitness.  This has educated Brittany to help others with injuries of all natures to get back on their feet and meet their personal fitness goals.  Don’t get discouraged, get determined!

Chris Rich, M.S.


Chris earned his Masters Degree of Exercise Science from Araknsas State University in 2009 and is currently an instructor at ASU. Chris has trained over 100 athletes ranging from NFL players, professional baseball, division 1 basketball, division 1 baseball, division 1 football, and even beginners of those sports. Chris has overseen the Strength Program the past two falls for the nationally ranked Arkansas State University Rugby Club, 6 All-Americans were under his watch in 2010. His training style blends science, function and art based around an intial goal and fitness assessment which drives his programming for individuals.

Clay Carnes, M.S.

Clay Carnes graduated from Arkansas State University with a Masters Degree of Exercise Science in 2010.  He has fourteen years of experience with health & fitness, three years of personal training, and eight years of running experience.  Specializing in general health, weight loss, sport specific training, running, and rock climbing has lead Clay to the fitness trainer he is today.  He has completed a 50 mile ultramarathon, dozens of 5k races, and has also competed in a sprint triathlon.  Clay will take your health and wellness personally, working with you to help achieve your fitness goals.

Jeremy Konvalinka

Jeremy Konvalinka graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors Degree of Exercise Science.  He has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 12 years.  Jeremy has competed in Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlons and Solo Adventure Racing since 1999.  He has also completed numerous events such as: Half Marathons, Marathons, 50K Ultra Marathon, Half Ironman, Tough Mudder, Go Ruck Challenge, and an eight day Navy Seal BUD/S Experience in Norfolk, VA.  Jeremy dedicates his life to coaching and challenging others so they can reach their fitness goals.

Karen Martin


Karen Martin graduated from Shelby State Community College with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree.  She has twelve years of experience as a physcial therapy assistant and four years as a personal trainer.  Specializing in general fitness, special populations, and running has molded Karen into the fitness trainer she is today.  Karen has a long list of personal accomplisments including participating and completing an Ironman Triathalon (2.4mile swim; 112 mile bike; and 26.2 mile run), running 20+ Marathons including the Boston Marathon, Western States Endurance Run 100 mile Ultra Marathon, and accomplishing severeal other triathlons and ultra marathons.

Natalie Davidson

Natalie graduted from Araknsas Tech with her Bachelors in Exercise Science and is currently working toward her Masters Degree in Exercise Science.  She has nine and half years of physical fitness experience.  She specializes in general fitness, special populations, functional training, and pre & post natal.  Natalie holds several other certifications including Toning, Gold and Aqua, Piyo, Turbokick, Yoga Stretch, and Strength & Conditioning.  Natalie has a history of being a college athelete, running cross country, and competing in two figure competitions.
