Spinning is an aerobic class on an indoor stationary bike. It is designed for riders of all ages and fitness levels, from first time cyclists to elite athletes. It is considered one of the best ways to increase caloric expenditure.
Mondays at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. Fridays at 8:30 a.m.
