Pilates sessions help increase strength and flexibility, lengthen the body, and align the spine. The method does not build muscle mass. The field of fitness and rehabilitation often encourage Pilates for its focus on the muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
