I was just curious if there is any hope that the morning classes will ever start at 5 am instead of 5:30am. This 30 minute window would allow those of us that have to be back home to get kids dressed for school to attend morning classes. |

Scott, can you set one of the televisions upstairs on Channel 7 in the early mornings? |

Since this is an election year could we please have some adult programming on the televisions upstairs? Over the past 12 months I have gotten used to being able to watch both Fox News and CNN as I workout. At times, I have even been lucky enough to catch Headline News on. This week, much to my great disappointment, each day when I have arrived at 4 p.m. I have been graced with Judge Judy on the TV that usually has Fox News. Add this to the mindless reality drivel on VH1, Dr. Phil, Ellen, two ESPN channels either showing talk shows or aged sporting events, etc. and there is absolutely nothing to watch. Give us at least two news channels please! |

I was wondering if maybe there were any plans of getting free motion equipment? |

I was just wondering if there is any hope of the gym being opened 24 hours a day like Body Slim is. I work over at Quebecor World inc on 2nd shift and i've had a membership with you going on 5 years now and i'm not going to leave no matter what cause I love it here but there are a lot of folks I work with on 2nd shift are going to Body Slim after work which is 11pm and they said that they would love to join up here but they have no choice other than to go to Body Slim since it is open at 11pm because it fits in well with there schedule. I would love to see the gym go to this schedule since somedays I don't make it in here before work and I could always come in here after work if you went to this and I also think you would get a whole lot members where I work at and everywhere else. |

I would like to reinforce a comment made by Richard. Fox News is the most watched cable news channel and Fox News consistently gets the highest ratings. Fox News should always be one of the stations showing. CNN is irrelevant. |

I second the opinion of Lee Richardson shown above. i joined the Trim Gym in mid-September, and since then one of the upstairs TVs has always been on CNN. But this week it was changed to a second ESPN channel, that basically just rehashes the same thing the first ESPN channel has on. Please bring back CNN and leave it on! Thanks. |

I have been a member for many years, I have not always exercised with a good routine. Something has always come before my exercise classes. I want to say, since I have been coming to Zumba class I always get here. This is the most fun I have had exercising in years! Keep up the good work. And the instructor is awsome, but she was great with water arobics. She is super in Zumba. I hope this class will continue. Thanks again.

I second Maria's comment above. For those of us who have to take kids to school AND be at work at 8:00, the 5:30 starting time does not allow enough time to get back home and get ready. A 5:00 or 5:15a.m. class would be great so that we can actually get a workout in before the day's running begins. It's VERY hard for those who work 8 to 5 and have kids with lessons and activities at night to fit a workout in every evening!! |
