Body Combat

 
Body Combat is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves inspired by boxing, Muay Thai, Tai Chi, Karate, Tae Kwan Do and Kung Fu.  The benefits from a body combat workout are endless.  You can improve your heart and lung function while reducing your risk of heart disease.  Through experiencing Body Combat you will see results and definition in your key muscle groups, improve agility, bone density, posture, stability and build self confidence.  Challenge yourself with this empowering cardio workout.

Mondays at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
