The Trim Gym Facilities |

| All cardio equipment is located upstairs just past the machine weight area. The cardio area includes treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, recumbent bikes and rowing machines. |

| The basketball area is open throughout the day. Any child under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in this area. |
|
|
| We have two racquetball courts available, located at the front of the gym. They can be used by any member of the Trim Gym. |
|
|
| These six courts are equipped with lights and are located on either side of the free weight room. They can be utilized by any member of the Trim Gym. |
|
|
It is an indoor heated pool. The temperature stays at around 86 degress. |
