Aerobic Class Schedule

Aerobics is a form of exercise that comprises rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training components in order to improve all elements of fitness.

The reason we are able to offer so many classes is because we have many different areas in which to hold them.  We have an exercise room located in the main building and also in the tennis center.  We have a seperate spin area and hold the water classes in the pool!
