Beyond the assessment, we also offer training packages that allow you to workout on your own, but with the guidance of a trainer.  The initial orientation sets goals that will be built into your workout plan. 
  • Bronze + :  Bronze package plus a two-week long workout card, fitting your schedule and goals.  $35
  • Silver + :  Silver package plus a month long workout.  $50
  • Gold + :  Gold package plus two months worth of workouts.  $85
  • Platinum + :  Our best package offering the full assessment plus three months worth of workouts.  $130

All packages followed by re-evaluation.
